Dear traveler, by registering for any of our experiences or tours, you agree to our terms and conditions, as outlined below:

Firstly, it's important to note that when you make a reservation for an experience or tour, we contract the services of at least one guide and one driver, who provide their services independently to various other companies. Therefore, canceling the reservation for the experience or tour would adversely affect their availability to attend to other services.

FOR EXPERIENCES OR TOURS IN THE CITY OF LIMA. CHARGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

• If you book an experience, you agree to pay 100% of the total fee.
• If you confirm an experience and later cancel with less than 2 days' notice, you agree to pay 50% of the total fee.
• If you cancel your experience on the same day or do not show up, you agree to pay 100% of the total fee.
• It is possible to reschedule your experience by requesting it with at least 2 days' notice, at no additional cost, subject to our availability.
• We offer partial refunds requested with more than 2 days' notice, but you will incur a 10% administrative fee based on the total fee.
